I was brand new to Pilates and had never tried it before. I’d had a lot of health problems for the last couple of years, was desperate to give it a go, but my confidence was on the floor. I didn’t fancy a busy class.
I went along to try out Studio M in Dec and have since become a regular each week. I LOVE it!
Michelle hits just the right balance between building my confidence as a beginner and challenging me to try new things. I can already see how much confidence I've gained.

I’ve absolutely loved the sessions I’ve done at Studio M. From the moment you walk in, the space feels calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed, it’s clear how much care Michelle has put in to creating an environment where people can feel comfortable and supported.
The classes are challenging in the best possible way, with a great balance of strength, control, and flow. I’ve felt muscles working that I didn’t even know I had, but always in a way that feels safe and guided.
It’s also worth saying the studio is fantastic for men too. I’ve done a few sessions with my husband which we’ve both enjoyed. It’s nice to take some out from our busy lives.
